How long does it take for my coffee to be roasted and shipped?

We roast our beans in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' or choose from several grind settings including Espresso, Drip, or French Press on each product page.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unhappy with the quality, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
