This is a traditional washed coffee where cherries are floated and then left 24 hours. Once depulped, the seeds are left for 54 hours before being dried on raised beds for 20 days.
Wilmer, despite a lifetime of working as a coffee grower and coffee picker, was largly unable to access the specialty market until becoming connected with Monkaaba. Monkaaba is an initiative in San Agustin led by Esnaider Ortega.
